2. The Aarogyam Family Health Assurance Policy shall start post 24-48 hours of Registration for Administrative Exigencies and shall remain valid all through the calendar year.
3. The Aarogyata Helpline shall remain operational between 5 am and 11 pm with a typical lead time of 90 minutes.
4. Every time you approach the Aarogyata Helpline from the Registered Mobile Number over WhatsAPP, you are to give a detailed description of the presenting problem of the concerned Family Member through text or voice so that the Doctor-on-Record can expediently make a Quick First Hand Assessment and Return Back to you with Further Detailed Consultation & Prescription.
5. Do Upload any Test Report etc before hand so that expedient and effective care can be administered at once.
6. Regular Health Trackers would be delivered to your family for Routine Health Risk Assessments, duly supervised and vetted by the Doctor-on-Record.
